No more excessive nomming of carbs or bread type foods


I’m making progress. I feel stronger, and more fit, but I’m far from the sexy stomach I’m so desperately wanting. They say it’s 80% diet, 15% exercise, and 5% genetics. Well I’ve just about got the exercise down like a beast but I can’t fucking “reward” myself with a piece of cake everytime I leave the gym. WTAF am I doing?

So, this week was kind of a fail.

I didn’t get to the gym after Tuesday. It was my first week of class and getting everything ironed out for the spring term. I still have shit to do this weekend. I feel like shit though. I can’t wait to get back to the gym. No weigh in this week. 

I know, it’s not Friday, buuttt…..

I weighed myself at 144.5 lbs today. And I’ve been counting my calories and food intake using “My Plate” by Livestrong. I had forgotten at one point I was actually 155 lbs. Jesus H. Christ on a crutch. How did I get out of bed in the mornings?? I’m putting that behind me now.

3 hours at the gym today, and I feel amazing =] I realize I still have a long way to go though.
