I’m making progress. I feel stronger, and more fit, but I’m far from the sexy stomach I’m so desperately wanting. They say it’s 80% diet, 15% exercise, and 5% genetics. Well I’ve just about got the exercise down like a beast but I can’t fucking “reward” myself with a piece of cake everytime I leave the gym. WTAF am I doing?
